Option One:
Molding & Electroplating
Step One - Metal Mold
Metal Molds to produce the parts are created in-house specific to customer-provided CAD drawings or finished samples.
Step Two - Materials Prepared for Molding
To the left is aluminum, which will be heated to over 1200°F in preparation for our custom injection molder.
This process may vary depending on the material selected by the customer.

Step Three - Material Injected into Mold
Click on the video to the left featuring our state-of-the-art fully robotic molder placing the liquified material into the mold for extrusion.

Step Four - Sanding Process
The molded product is then inspected and sanded by workers before being sent to the electroplating process.
We choose to do this process by hand for maximum quality.

Step Five - Electroplating Process
The video to the left is a quick overview of our factory's state-of-the-art electroplating process.
This particular piece of equipment is a state-of-the-art setup for the industry, taking a multi-million dollar investment by our factory.

Step Six - Finishing to the Final Color
After electroplating, the product is then sent to a finish room to where it receives a finish to the customer specifications.
